What is Acupressure Set?
This set consists of a mat and a pillow covered with plastic spikes. It is inspired by ancient Indian healing tradition that is believed to have been around for thousands of years. The thousands of spikes that have been strategically placed on the mat and pillow are harmless to the skin and will provide your body with healing benefits.

How does it work ?
Acupressure set is a perfect assistant for self-treatment. It works in a similar way as acupuncture by having your body release endorphins, which have the ability to produce analgesia and a feeling of well-being. Many people have different reactions to this, which may include:happiness, clearer mind, more energy, and relaxation. If regularly used for a long enough period of time our acupressure Mat/Set may:

How to use?
Place the mat and pillow on the ground with spikes pointing up. Lie on the mat and pillow. The pillow will allow you to target curved areas, such as neck, lumbar, and even feet. It is prefer to do it daily for 10 to 20 minutes at a time or as long as desired. For beginners it might be better to start for shorter period of time and / or wear a shirt or place a thin cloth between the spikes and your skin.

Cleaning Instructions: Hand wash only. Use lukewarm water and Hang Dry.

Warning: Acupressure mats and pillows should not be used in case of skin disease, hemophilia, or if you take anticoagulants. And do not use for pregnant women. Always consult with your doctor prior to begining any self-treatment or exercise. Keep out of reach of children.

Refunds

Request for refunds can be sent to support@sellingpanda.com. All refund requests are reviewed for approval and will be processed within 4-7 business days. 

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error.  

Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days following approval.

Returns (If Applicable)

Please notify us if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will only accept returns within 2 days of arrival to you. (Request made from the 3rd day of arrival will not be accepted)

FOR APPAREL- Please read indicated sizes (whether it's one or two size up the normal fitting) we DO NOT accept refund because of wrong sizes.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Please note that only regular items can be refunded, unfortunately we will not issue a refund for sale items.

We cannot accept return/s or exchange (if applicable) if:

  1. The item(s) have been altered
  2. The item(s) are in any way defective/damaged from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
  3. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  4. The item(s) were a Final Sale item

Please follow these instructions when completing a return:

  1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without it.
  2. Please write in detail which items you want exchanged, if applicable.
  3. Contact us at support@sellingpanda.com for a return mailing address.
  4. For faster processing, please include your full name and order number displayed clearly on or in your package. 

Please note, we are not responsible for the return shipping charges, you will be have to pay for that, we also suggest that you get the tracking number for we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages.
